One of the most useful things I’ve learned from this entire project is the ability to educate myself. Constantly doing things that challenge me is the perfect way to keep learning. Sometimes it will be learning an entirely new skill right from scratch. Other times it will be topping up my existing knowledge. Both of these situations require me to educate myself to overcome hurdles and usually require research and effort.

I’ve just finished reading an excellent book called “Mastermind” by Jerry Moffatt. It’s a guide aimed at improving your climbing by getting your head in the right place. If you’re a climber, I highly recommend that you get a copy of this book. It’s filled with beautiful pictures, inspirational quotes and interviews with professional climbers. However, you don’t need to be a climber to gain value from this book.
